I originally hired Neil to manage the London based recruitment teams on the Olympic project. He immediately took charge and brought a system that had struggled up to date and made efficient and effective changes to the process. With the departure of one of the senior management, a reorg meant that Neil took over all the London based activities while I took on other duties.
